Starbucks Coffee

This 1,650 square foot brick and custom glass curtain wall finished building sits on a 0.75-acre out-parcel of an 11.6-acre retail lifestyle center. The steel framed structure is supported by shallow concrete foundations. The roof is a mechanically fastened EPDM system. The 16-foot high exposed construction ceilings give the sales and seating area an open atrium effect.

The building features a drive through service window and outside patio café seating that has been integrated into the overall lifestyle center’s design. Aristocrat Pear trees with up light accent fixtures provide a pleasant environment both day and night.
