BEAUMONT NORTH MACOMB – Lakeside Pharmacy LLC
1,232 SF Commercial, privately owned and operated pharmacy located in the Beaumont Medical Office Building in Macomb Township, Michigan. Designed and built to suit the requirements of Lakeside Pharmacy, LLC, constructed and equipped in the main lobby of the fully operating physician office building and adjacent to a busy Urgent Care Center without interference or disruption to patient and staff activities. Connected to the adjacent Beaumont Ambulatory Care Center, the pharmacy serves patients and employees of both the Ambulatory Care Center and the Professional Office Building.
MT. CLEMENS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – Outpatient Pharmacy
2,400 SF Outpatient Pharmacy relocated, expanded and renovated, adjacent to the hospital’s main entrance. This project was a component of a campus wide Master Plan implementation and was a critical element of a program featuring a new state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center. Situated at the very center of in-patient and outpatient circulation at the hospital entry, noise and dust protection was of paramount importance. Construction activities remained transparent to the hospital’s staff, patients and visitors throughout.
PROVIDENCE PARK PHYSICIANS – Outpatient Pharmacy
2,366 SF Commercial, privately owned and operated pharmacy located off the main lobby of the Providence Park Physicians Medical Office Building. Designed and built to suit demanding design criteria established by a physician steering committee, acting on behalf of over fifty individual building investor tenants. This facility is connected to the nearby hospital by an enclosed passage and serves as the Providence Park Campus official Outpatient Pharmacy.
ST JOSEPH MERCY OAKLAND HOSPITAL – Lobby Pharmacy
2,050 SF Commercial, privately owned and operated pharmacy located off the main lobby of St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital was designed and built to suit demanding design criteria established by the hospital’s leadership. The new pharmacy was a component of a larger project; the hospital’s new entrance lobby expansion and retail promenade renovation. Work was performed without interfering with patient, visitor and staff traffic at this main entrance location.
