Franklin Bank Shelby Branch

Roncelli, Inc. has teamed with Franklin Bank to bring a new image prototype branch bank to Shelby Township that has been several years in the planning. Franklin Bank has plans to construct many of these branch banks in the area.

The building is located on a 1.6 acre parcel of land that overlooks the Van Dyke expressway ( M-53) at twenty three Mile Rd., across from the new super Wal-Mart store.

The steel frame structure supports an impressive cut stone and brick veneer exterior with aluminum and glass curtain walls accented by a signature glass tower entry. Natural illumination from the tower glass and vaulted roff clearstories convey an open and friendly atmosphere for interaction between the bank’s staff and it’s customers.

Well appointed interior finishes feature tile flooring, custom wood trim and doors, plush wall coverings and sculptured free form ceiling drops featuring both infdirect and accent lighting. With three full service drive-up lanes complete with video teller service, e-connect internet lobby banking and offering a wide variety of financial service products; the bank is not only customer friendly, but technologically far ahead of its time. The site also employs extensive landscaping and easy in, easy out parking aisles.
