DaimlerChrysler Dynamometer Test Cells #5 & #6

This project consists of the construction of two new dynamometer test cells at DaimlerChrysler’s Sterling Heights Vehicle Test Center. The project involved excavating two pits, placing new concrete inertia pads, floors and walkways, and installing embedded steel anchors and bedplates.

Mechanical and electrical work involved the installation of HVAC equipment and ductwork for air quality and emissions removal along with conduit and wiring for power and controls for the new equipment.
